The aim is to improve their readability and tighten up our QC even more.
This change also paves the way for the future rewriting of our safety data sheets (relating to the REACH standard and CLP labels system) and underlines our commitment to offering even more services to our clients.
So, these digital monitoring reports (in PDF format), will soon be available:
-sent out automatically by e-mail, associated with the product batch numbers which are shown on your delivery slips, when these are printed.
-and via download, in your personal “Encres Dubuit” area
…all of this being completely automated.
These services will be accessible to clients upon request.
We offer a new service of screen stretching (with Saati mesh) in Noisy-Le-Grand (east of Paris), specialized in large format.
We use an automatic Grünig machine G-Stretch 281, 8 meters by 3.

Encres Dubuit Shanghai exhibited at Fespa Asia show from 26 to 28 October 2011. This exhibition gathered together all principal actors of the industry from the Asia/Pacific area.

Encres Dubuit Shanghai moved in its new plant of 5000 sq m (16 400 sq feet) surface area.
The installation was carried out at the beginning of August.

As you probably know, regulations on chemical products continuously evolve and strengthen themselves.
This notably concerns photo-initiators. These molecules are used in UV inks only, in order to initiate the polymerisation (curing) of the printed ink layer (chemical reaction only induced by UV exposure).
In order not to subject our customers to a change of labels in terms of risk and safety, we decided to anticipate the fact that one photo-initiator frequently used in our productions will soon be classified CMR (Carcinogenic, matugenic, reprotoxic).

To supply the Russian and Eastern Europe markets demand, Encres Dubuit launches the 16100 series.
It’s a solvent ink for plastic bags (polyethylene).
During the first semester 2010, which ended September 30, Encres Dubuit’s turnover gain 12.9% at 16.3 millions euros. Based on a constant perimeter and exchange rate, the turnover for the period rose 6.7%.
This semester’s good performance did benefit from a growth increase during the 2nd quarter (January to March 2011) with +17% and 8.5 millions euros.

Dubuit of America is located in Chicago. Historically, the company took care of sales and technical services for screen printing machines manufactured by Machines Dubuit (France).
On the occasion of the buy-out, a new manager has been appointed: Dave Cordel.
Dave Cordel worked for several American ink companies where he had high responsibilities.
Christophe Dubuit has been appointed Chairman of the Board as a replacement for Jean-Louis Dubuit.
Jean-Louis Dubuit remains chairman of the Supervision Council and will continue to dispense his precious recommendations to the Group.
Christophe Dubuit joined the Group in 2003 and was based 5 years in Bangkok, at the Thai branch of Machines Dubuit (DFE Ltd).
