Breaking news: ink jet printing for flexible tubes

Introduced during the K exhibition fair in Germany, and then again during the Fespa 2011, here comes the first UV ink jet machine to print flexible tubes.
A world premiere ? Yes indeed, because there is no other like it.
Conceived and produced by Machines Dubuit (in collaboration with Encres Dubuit for the consumables such as the Evo Tube ink series), this machine opens new perspectives for producers and contractors in the tube industry.
The 992 machine exists in 3 models:
: Printing up to 30 tubes/mn, printing up to 60 tubes/mn and up to 120 tubes/mn
Assets:
-No pre-press
-No film
-Direct printing from the file to the tube
-Quick transition from one pattern to another
-The solution for quick production transition and for the launching of small series
-Image: photo quality up to 900 dpi

 | Inauguration of the new factory in Shanghai
The inauguration took place on the 18th of November, attended by Jean-Louis Dubuit, the French and Chinese teams, representatives of the Jinshan government, and François Blanc, economic adviser at the French General Consulate.
The company has been established in Longyang Industrial Zone (Fonxhien, Shanghai) in 2003.
We wish best luck to Thierry Schreyeck, general manager of Encres Dubuit Shanghai, and all his team.

| New Factory in Shanghai
Encres Dubuit Shanghai has moved in its new premises.
With a surface area of 5000m2, this new factory will allow Encres Dubuit to face its rapid growth, to get into new markets in China and to strengthen its export capacities (especially in South east Asia). |
